Can we use our own Architects? Yes, when working with your architect, ensure they have any and all documents about the subdivision covenants to make your process smoother.
Do we need developers approval? Yes, before you begin groundwork on your new home, we request that you submit your plans for approval—you can find information for this in the documentation we provided upon purchase of your section.
Are your sections fully fenced? Yes, our sections are fully fenced and ready for your new home. This is completed as part of our site development—you can find more information in the subdivision covenants.
Are there any building restrictions? Building restrictions may vary between subdivisions. Please refer to your subdivision covenants for more information; however, if you have any questions, please reach out to our team.
What services are available? All sections will have Power, Water, Telecommunications and stormwater to the boundary.
